Refund Policy

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. This includes items that arrived damaged.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that were dropped, exposed to water, or left in heat are not eligible for return, even if they arrived defective.

You must obtain authorization before sending back a return. Please email us at sales@tntexperts.com to request return authorization. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. First check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at sales@tntexperts.com.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at sales@tntexperts.com. and send your item to:

Please include a note inside the package explaining what is needed so we can process your request.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed of your return.

You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
